# Shopware 5 Internal Server Error

Hallo Gemeinde, habe gerade Shopware neu auf dem Server hochgeladen und wollte nun die Installation beginnen und dabei auf folgenden Fehler gestoßen ;( Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Ich vermute einen Fehler in der htaccess aber bin mir nicht sicher… [code]

Hallo, änder mal die htaccess ab. Aktuell steht da `#RewriteBase /shopware/` ändern in `RewriteBase /` oder `RewriteBase /shop/` wenn du einen Ordner Shop hast nach der Domain Sebastian

Hi Sebastian Danke für den Tipp aber leider klappt es auch nicht ;( Im Serverlog steht folgendes: /home/webxxxx/www/soschmeckturlaub/shopware/.htaccess: Option MultiViews not allowed here Vielleicht hat ja noch jemand eine Idee? Danke

Dann kommentiere mal die Zeile mit MultiViews aus Das unterstützt dein Server nicht und die Prüfung greift wohl auch nicht
