# Shopware 5.5.7 Apple IOS Problem?

Hallo,

wir haben seit dem Update das Problem, dass wenn ein Kunde mit IPhone bestellen möchte, er sich durch den Bestellvorgang klickt bis zum letzten Schritt, dann die AGB usw. bestätigen muss und dann die Fehlermeldung erhält, Bestellung kann aktuell nicht ausgeführt werden.

Kennt jemand das Problem?

Klingt eher nach einem Zahlungsanbieter-Problem. Mal mit Vorkasse probiert?

Gerade nochmal mit einem Iphone6 getestet, hat einwandfrei fuktioniert, auch mit PayPal, hmmmm
