# Shopware 5.3.3 Neuinstallation Ubuntu PDOException

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin neu hier und nehme das erste Mal eine Shopware-Installation vor.

Ich habe als Unterbau einen Ubuntu 16.04 Server inklusive LAMP (PHP 7.0) aufgesetzt.&nbsp;

Leider wird während der Installation immer folgende Fehlermeldung geworfen und ich komme nicht weiter:

Ich habe alle Dateien aus der shopware5.3.3.zip entpackt und per FTP in einen Unterordner im Home-Verzeichnis geschoben. Dort habe ich dann mit “php index.php” die Installation gestartet. Nach Eingabe der mysql-Daten erscheint dann obiger Fehler. Eine neue Datenbank kann ich über die eingegebenen Zugangsdaten wärend des Installationsprozesses anlegen, also sind die Zugangsdaten-Parameter eigentlich ausgeschlossen.

Für Hilfe wäre ich euch sehr dankbar 🙂

Erledigt.

Nach Neuinstallation auf Debian 9 Basis&nbsp;hat alles funktioniert.
