# Shopware 5.2 PHP 5.5

Die Mindestsystemvoraussetzungen für Shopware 5.2 liegen ja bei PHP 5.6. Aktuell betreibe ich Shopware 5.1.6 mit PHP 5.5. Heisst das in dem Fall, das ein Upgrade auf 5.2 nicht möglich ist oder ist PHP 5.6 die eher empfohlene Mindestsystemvoraussetzungen?

Es werden einige Funktionen benutzt, die erst ab PHP 5.6 zur Verfügung stehen. Daher solltest du erst dein System auf PHP 5.6 updaten, bevor du das Update auf Shopware 5.2 machst.

Hey Hille,

nein dann kannst du nicht auf 5.2 updaten. Es ist nicht empfohlen sondern wir bentötigt um Shopware Fehlerfrei auszuführen. Bitte niemals update wenn die Vorraussetzungen nicht passen. ;)&nbsp;
