Hallo zusammen, habe das Problem das beim Produkt in den Warenkorb legen, im Firefox und laut Kunde auch auf Android geräten, zwar die Ladeanimation kommt aber auch sonst nichts passiert. Heißt das Ladefenster poppt hoch und dann lädt er sich tot und weiter passiert nichts. Hat jemand eine Lösung? ---

Man sollte mit Firebug prüfen, ob dabei irgendeine Exception vom Shop kommt oder ein Javascript Fehler angezeigt wird. ---

Waldicom, könntest Du mir das näher erklären? Ich habe eine Kundin mit dem selben Problem. Bei mir läuft es aber einwandfrei, ich kann Produkte in den Warenkorb legen. Wie behebe ich das Problem? Danke! Lenka
