# Shop tot nach Plug-In Update

Hi,

ich habe gerade im Backend die neueste Version des “Amazon Pay” Plugins geladen. Außerdem war ein Update von Shopware Connect drin.

Jetzt ist der Shop fast komplett offline, und ich komme nicht mehr ins Backend.

Der Fehler lautet:

Benutze mal die Forensuche;

das Thema Amazon pay wird schon mehrfach behandelt, gerade in Verbindung mit den neuesten Updates

Hast du dies deinstalliert oder gelöscht? Caches komplett gelöscht (z.B. über CLI Command)?&nbsp;

Hi, nein, das Plug-In habe ich nicht berührt, ich hatte nur das Plug-In “Backend Bestellungen” vorher neu installiert, da ich beim Anlegen von Kunden immer einen Fehler hatte, dass die Country-ID nicht “null” sein dürfe, obwohl dort ein Land drin stand. Das stand in nem anderen Thread hier als Tipp… Aber die Neuinstallation dieses Plug-Ins war schon abgeschlossen, der Fehler trat auf, nachdem ich dann&nbsp; die"Amazon Pay" und “Shopware Connect” Updates durchlaufen lies.

Cache habe ich schon geleert, jetzt versuche ich mal über CLI die Plug-Ins zu deaktivieren.

Eine ähnliche Fehlermeldung findet man auch mit Google. Auch hier taucht das Plugin „SwagUserPrice“ auf. Ich würde es mal deaktivieren, Cache lerren und erneut testen bzw. beobachten.

Okay, ich konnte über CLI das Plugin „SwagUserPrice“ deaktivieren und komme nun wieder in das Backend.

Warum dieses Plugin jetzt gesponnen hat - kein Plan. Ich hatte es nicht angefasst&nbsp; ![Undecided](https://forum.shopware.com/plugins/CKEditor/plugins/smiley/images/undecided.png "Undecided")&nbsp;&nbsp;

Gibt es mittlerweile eine Lösung für das Problem, bei der man die beide&nbsp;Plugins auch weiter verwenden kann? Würde ungern auf „Amazon Pay“ oder auf „Kundenspezifische Preise“ verzichten.&nbsp;
