# Shop sporadisch offline / nicht erreichbar "Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unab.."

Hallo Zusammen,

unsere Seite wird mehrmals am Tag und sporadisch offline. Nach 10-15 Minuten ist die Seite wieder erreichbar.

**Folgende Fehlermeldung:**

“Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

&nbsp;

**Im Log steht folgendes:**

Hallo,

die Fehlermeldungen aus Deinem Log deuten auf ein Problem mit dem Session Locking hin.

Falls bei Deinem Hosting Redis verfügbar ist, kannst Du die Sessions in Redis auslagern. Alternativ kannst Du mal schauen, ob eine Deaktivierung des Session Lockings das Problem beseitigt:

vielen Dank. Unser Hoster hat das gerade geändert. Ich beobachte das mal und gebe dann hier ein Feedback.&nbsp;
