# Shop nur über "/Shopware" erreichbar

Hi, ich habe ein kleines Problem. Mein Shop ist nur unter „[www.domain.de/Shopware](http://www.domain.de/Shopware)“ erreichbar. Wenn ich nur „[www.domain.de](http://www.domain.de)“ eingeben bekomme ich den Fehler „You don’t have permission to access / on this server.“ Woran liegt das? Kann mir jemand helfen? Vielen Dank! LG

LG[/quote] Hast Du den Shop in ein Verzeichnis Shopware installiert? Wenn ja musst Du das ganze eine ebene höher machen. Wenn Du aber shopware.php meinst musst Du nach der .htaccess schauen die scheint entweder nicht da zu sein oder diese wird nicht vom Webserver beachtet. Gruß
