# Shop nicht erreichbar

Moin zusammen und ein frohes neues Jahr an dieser Stelle.&nbsp;

Es ist mal wieder soweit und leider ein wenig lästig, jedoch ist mein Shop mal wieder nicht erreichbar, warum auch immer. &nbsp;Leider komme ich auch nichts ins backend um Näheres zu erfahren. Gibt es irgendnen Trick oder einen Lösungsvorschlag, wie ich ihn wieder erreichen kann?&nbsp;

Ich bin über jeden Tipp dankbar. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße vorab

Hi Mike,&nbsp;

Ich bekomme 503 Service unavailable angezeigt. Also via FTP komme ich in jedes Verzeichnis, sodass ich den Hoster ausgeschlossen hatte, kann es dennoch an ihm liegen?&nbsp;
