Hallo zusammen, ich habe nach längerer Zeit ein Update meines Testshops gemacht und komme nicht aus dem Wartungsmodus heraus.  Folgende Fehlermeldung erhalte ich Site error: the file  **/htdocs/myfitnesspoint/engine/Shopware/Plugins/Community/Frontend/StcomShopster/Themes/Frontend/Shopster/Theme.php**  requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube\_loader\_lin\_7.2.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the [ionCube Loader Wizard](http://www.ioncube.com/lw/) to assist with installation. Ich vermute, dass Template ist nicht für die aktuelle Shopwareversion lauffähig denn ionCube ist bei mir ordnungsgemäß intalliert. Das bekomme ich auch als Ergebnis wenn ich den Wizard ausführe.  Ich komme nun nicht mehr ins Backend. Kann ich irgendwie auf der Datenbank das Template auf das Standard Template ändern und testen ob es das war? Vielen Dank und Beste Grüße Pascal    ---

Hi, es scheint auf jeden Fall ein Problem Ioncube zu geben. Verschlüsselte Plugins kannst du mit Shopware nur mit PHP 5.6 und 7.0 nutzen.  Hast du aktuell PHP 7.2 aktiv? Dann solltest du die PHP Version azf 7.0 runtersetzen, denn du hast wohl verschlüsselte Plugins im EInsatz Das wäre der erste Schritt. den ich empfehlen würde. Sebastian PS: Das Theme wird in der Datenbanktabelle s\_core\_shops mit einer ID definiert. Die ID für das gewüsnchte Theme bekommst du aus der Tabelle s\_core\_templates. Denke aber Grundproblem werden verschlüsseltze Plugins sein, die nicht lauffähig sind mit der PHP Version. ---

Hi Sebastian,  direkt nach dem Update war noch PHP 5.6 aktiv. und brachte das gleiche Fehlerbild. Ich habe dann testweise auf PHP 7.2 umgestellt um zu schauen ob es etwas verändert.  Ich vermute, dass Template hat ein Problem mit der Shopware Version. Kennst du einen Weg das Template zu ändern ohne ins Backend zu kommen? Beste Grüße Pascal  ---

Habe nochmal umgestellt auf PHP 7.0 und nochmal einen Cleanup versucht. Er kam zumindest mal bisschen weiter aber trotzdem folgende Fehlermeldung:  ite error: the file  **…/engine/Shopware/Plugins/Community/Frontend/StcomShopster/Themes/Frontend/Shopster/Theme.php**  requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube\_loader\_lin\_7.0.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the [ionCube Loader Wizard](http://www.ioncube.com/lw/) to assist with installation. Der Wizard bringt nach wie vor ein positives Ergebnis:  Loader Installed The ionCube Loader version 10.2.4 for PHP 7.0 is already installed and encoded files should run without problems. ---

Bei welchem Hoster bist du denn? Ich erinnere mich bspw. an Probleme bei 1&1 die dadurch entstehen, dass für jeden Ordner der ioncube-Loader aktiviert werden muss.  ---

Ja ich bin bei 1und1 Aber wieso habe ich das Problem erst nach dem Update? Ioncube war ja auch davor schon installiert und hatte funktioniert.    ---

Kann mir hier denn keiner helfen? 1und1 hat bestätigt, dass der Ion Cube ordnungsgemäß installiert ist und funktioniert. Ich brauche hier nun dringend hilfe. Wenns zur Not auch was kostet.  ---
