Hallo zusammen, wir haben gestern Nacht unseren Shop auf 5.2.2 geupdatet. Das verwendete Theme funktioniert lokal einwandfrei. Auch in der Version 5.1.6 funktioniert es. Es handelt sich um folgenden Shop: [http://www.gartenwelt24.de/](http://www.gartenwelt24.de/) Bitte überprüft auch mal die Konsole. Bei mir wird folgendes ausgegeben: **1469182513\_5f2eafd….js:553:** Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘ajax\_add\_article’ of undefined **cookie-bar.js:8:** Uncaught ReferenceError: cookiePermissionUrl is not defined **[http://www.gartenwelt24.de/:](http://www.gartenwelt24.de/:)**  Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service Unavailable) Leider kann ich damit nicht besonders viel anfangen und ich bin auch ratlos wo der Fehler stecken könnte. Das Responsive Theme funktioniert. Hast Du vielleicht ein Plugin zum Thema Cookies aktiviert? Wenn ja deaktivere das mal, lösche alle Caches und versuche es erneut. ---

Hallo Synonymous, das war das Cookie Permission Plugin, das den User darauf hinweist dass Cookies gesetzt werden. Nach Deaktivierung ist die Fehlermeldung zu dem Plugin zwar verschwunden, aber folgende bleibt: **Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘ajax\_add\_article’ of undefined** Auch bleibt die Fehlermeldung im Contentbereich stehen. ---

Leider kann ich dir nicht genau sagen was dies alles verursachen kann. Es läuft aber letzten Endes auf ein Template-Problem hinaus. Da sind entweder noch ein Plug-In oder Anpassungen des Themes für verantwortlich. ---

Hallo steinsoftware, wieso funktioniert es dann lokal? Lokal sind weniger Plugin installiert. Kennst du eine Möglichkeit noch mehr Informationen zu erhalten? ---

Hats gemacht, aber leider nicht im System. ![Grin](https://forum.shopware.com/plugins/CKEditor/plugins/smiley/images/grin.png "Grin") Habe alle Plugins deaktiviert und deinstalliert und den Cache geleert. Das Plugin „Input Filter“ ließ sich nicht deinstallieren, ist das ein normales Verhalten? ---

Sind das die gleichen wie im Backend: Einstellungen -\> Logfiles. Ich habe momentan leider gar nicht so viel Zugriff auf den Webserver  ![Thumb-down](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/shopware/original/1X/08ee70594855dd44287b011742fe7f1252e05ce0.png "Thumb-down") Und nach was sollte ich da explizit suchen? ---

Nein das ist nicht im Backend zu finden. Per FTP ins Root Deiner Shopwareinstallation gehen und dann unter /var/log/ , da stehen dann Dateien wie core\_production-2016-07-22.log. Diese mit Editor öffnen und schauen was drin steht. 😉 ---

Hallo, vielen Dank an euch für die Hilfe. Die Logfiles haben wirklich geholfen. Die sidebar.tpl hatte noch Aufruf die campaign/box.tpl zu integrieren. Lokal war dies schon auskommentiert. Weshalb das nicht mit auf den Server übernommen wurde wissen wir nicht.
