Hallo zusammen, aus unerklärlichen Gründen ist jetzt mein Shop weg. Ohne mein zutun. Hat jemand ein Rat? Habe das Amazon Plugin mal deaktiviert, weil es in der Log Datei wohl irgendetwas anstellt [quote]Ups! Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten! Falls du noch ins Backend kommst bitte mal das Plugin SwagTrustedShopsExcellence deaktivieren. Andernfalls über die DB deaktivieren.

wie bekomme ich den jetzt meine Trusted Shops wieder aktiviert? Besteht die Möglichkeit die alte Version, also die vor dem heutigen Update, wieder zu aktivieren?

Hallo, Da gibt es aber bereits ein neues Update. Die 2.0.4 kam kurzfristig als Korrektur. Wenn die nicht läuft bitte nochmal melden Grüße Moritz Ansonsten kannst du die Spalten auch anlegen: ALTER TABLE `s_plugin_swag_trusted_shops` ADD `trustedShopsInStockDeliveryTime` int(11) DEFAULT NULL , ADD `trustedShopsNotInStockDeliveryTime` int(11) DEFAULT NULL

Ich hatte das Problem heute auch schon. Kam nicht mehr in alle Bereiche des Backends. Nach dem TrustedShops-Update auf 2.0.4 funktioniert das Backend wieder einwandfrei. Schon vermessen, dass ein Plugin, das man gar nicht im Einsatz hat, einen ganzen Shop lahmlegen kann.

Hallo, @hifibau dann leg die Spalten mal wie oben beschrieben manuell an. Kannst du bspw. über PHPMyAdmin machen. Einfach den Befehl als SQL ausführen. Kannst mir aber auch gerne die Zugangsdaten zum Shop und PHPMyAdmin an [forum@shopware.de](mailto:forum@shopware.de) schicken. Dann schau ich mir das morgen früh an. @jox Wenn das Plugin nicht aktiv ist, kann da auch kein Code ausgeführt werden. Kann mir so nicht vorstellen, dass es damit zusammen hängen soll. Hallo, also Plugins die du nicht nutzt, sollten immer deinstalliert sein. Sind diese nur inaktiv, so sind diese dennoch installiert, werden nur nicht ausgeführt. Wenn du das Plugin nicht aktiv benötigst, so sollte es direkt deinstalliert werden. Sebastian
