# Shop Error-Could not open

Hallo,  
ich hoffe das mir hier einer helfen kann. Ich bin neu und habe shopware version 5.7.5 auf einem gehosteten Server installiert. Soweit so gut. jetzt sollten meine Produkte über eine API-Schnittstelle importiert werden. Doch leider importiert mir Shopware nicht die Produkte und bringt schickt mir immer eine Mail mit diese Fehlermeldung. Scheint wohl was mit dem Bild-Link zu tun zu haben, aber der Link ist definitv in ordung und das Bild auch erreichbar. In der PHP -Einstellung ist allow\_url\_fopen auch  
on (Standard). Was nun? Wäre super wenn mir jemand dabei helfen könnte.
