Cart can be shared among sales channels even if products not available for particular sales channel, is it _bug or feature_? If it’s a feature, what is the _purpose_?

How to reproduce (checked on **v6.4.11.1** ):

Add product to cart on _sales channel A_.
Create _sales channel B_.
Go to _sales channel B cart_, I see product added on _sales channel A_, BUT I cannot open product for this sales channel, because _it wasn’t assigned_.
I’m able to successfully place the order for _sales channel B_.
