Hallo Forumsgemeinde, ich möchte gerne die SEPA-Lastschriftmandats-EMail Kundengruppen abhängig zu gestalten. Leider funktioniert das Smarty " {if $additional.user.customergroup == “EK”}Text…{/if} " darin nicht. Auch wenn ich " {if $paymentInstance.user.customergroup == “EK”}Text…{/if} " bleibt die Zeile in der E-Mail immer leer. Wo ist hier der Fehler…?

Wenn ich das richtig gelesen und verstanden habe, lassen sich dort keine weiteren Variablen hinzufügen. Gibt’s da eine andere Möglichkeit um das zu umgehen…?
