Ich habe das PlugIn wieder entfernt, es macht aber dennoch noch Probleme: ``` SQLSTATE(42S22): Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 's16\_.sendcloud\_spp\_url' in 'field list' ``` Anscheinend wird es nicht vollständig deinstalliert. ---

Ich habe das selbe Problem. Habe auch den Effekt das ich den Status einer Bestellung z.B. nicht ändern kann. Ich schreibe auch mal Sendcloud. ---

Ich hatte das Problem über den Shopware-Account im Rahmen eines kostenpflichtigen Support-Vertrages eingepflegt und gemeldet. Die Reaktionsfrist ist nun ohne jedes FeedBack abgelaufen, das Problem besteht weiterhin ☹ ---

I’m very sorry to hear that this issue occurs for the Shopware integration with Sendcloud. According to description that is provided in the messages here, the issue occurs during the installation process. It seems that there is an old plugin version installed from some time ago and you uninstalled it, but unfortunately the old plugin left some trash data in Shopware database (uninstallation wasn’t implemented correctly). Now when you try to install the new plugin, and considering that it is not upgraded (it is fresh installation), the new plugin didn’t try to erase old data which collided with the new data. We cannot verify this because I can’t know which version of the old plugin you had. Anyhow, we added a new implementation that handles this possibility and we included this in the new (3.0.1) version of the plugin. Wir bitten Sie - und alle anderen betroffenen Nutzern - diesbezüglich eine EMail an contact@sendcloud.sc zu schreiben, damit dies direkt an unser Support Team geht. Wichtig ist, dass folgende Informationen in der EMail vorhanden sind: - Ein Screenshot der Plugin Übersicht im Shopware Backend - Die vollständige Fehlermeldung - Welche Shopware Version wird verwendet? - Wurde unser Sendcloud Plugin bereits für eine ältere Shopware Version verwendet? Danke für die Nachricht, Hotte. Wir versuchen so schnell wie möglich auf alle Supportanfragen zu antworten, jedoch kann es hierbei momentan zu einer längere Wartezeit kommen. Aus diesem Grund möchten wir alle Nutzer, die im Shopware Community Forum aktiv sind darauf aufmerksam machen, dass soeben ein weiteres Update des Plugins veröffentlicht wurde (Version 3.0.2). Wir bitten alle Nutzer daher, wie gehabt, die alte Version zu deinstallieren und zu löschen, und die neue Version neu zu installieren. Hallo @Sendcloud‍ Löschen und version 3.0.2 zu installieren schient geholfen zu haben - Danke Ich möchte an dieser Stelle bitten in Zukunft die Kommunikation zu verbessern, ich habe wie einige andere auch keine Reaktion auf das Supportticket (bei Shopware) erhalten.
