Hi, We are migrating to SW6 and we want to send all costumers an mail with the details of the new website and a pass reset link. What would be the best practice for this? Thanks, Tim ---

Why do you want that your costumers have to reset their passwords because they are also migrated? Or do you don’t migrate from Shopware 5? ---

No its not from SW5, there are no password migrated. ---

I would use a flow builder to send the emails with a reset link. A e-mail-template for the password reset link is given and can used in the flow builder. U just need to find a matching condition.
