# S6 Installation error (500) | Failed to generate key

I’m trying to install Shopware 6 locally with WAMP.  
All installation requirements are green (OK), but when I click System Requirements \> Next I get a Symphony error:  
" Failed to generate key"  
" JwtCertificateGenerationException"

Can you please help.

Looks like a JSON web token couldn’t be generated by (mis)configuration of your web server. To be honest, I’ve never seen an error message like this in Shopware before.

I would certainly think about stop fuddling around with WAMP environment and start using a well-prepared environment like [Dockware](https://developer.shopware.com/docs/guides/installation/dockware) 😉
