# Reverse proxy returned invalid status code

Hi zusammen,

ich bekomme seit dem Update von 5.1.6 auf 5.2.8 die diese Fehlermeldung. Was kann das denn bitteschön sein?

Gibt es eine entsprechende Fehlermeldung im Error-Log der Website oder in den Shopware-Logs?

Ich würde versuchen, die Plugins nacheinander zu deaktivieren, und dann schauen, ob der Fehler immer noch besteht. Evtl. nutzt Du ein Plugin, das nicht mit Shopware 5.2 kompatibel ist.

Schau mal ins Access-Log - wir brauchen den Status-Code des BAN-Requests.

Ein richtiger Fehler ist das aber nicht, da kann beim Speichern einer Einheit im Backend nur irgendein Cache nicht invalidiert werden.

Im Access-Log des Servers, da sollte der BAN-Request zu finden sein.&nbsp;

Das ist leider der falsche - der gehört nicht zur Fehlermeldung.&nbsp;  
Du musst schon die Meldung aus dem LOG nehmen und dann bei genau dieser Uhrzeit schauen. Der BAN-Request müsste auch entsprechend im Accesslog gekennzeichnet sein. Etwas so:

127.0.0.1 - - [08/Jul/2016:09:15:03 +0200] „BAN /sw521/ HTTP/1.1“ 404 206 „-“ „Shopware/5.2.1“

Seit update auf 5.2.14 besteht der Fehler nicht mehr
