# Request - CRITICAL in den Logs, Ex-/Import quasi nicht mehr funktionsfähig

Hallo,  
kann mir evtl. jemand helfen? Ich habe seit ein paar Tagen das Problem, das die Import Funktionen von Shopware bzw. einem zus. Plugin nicht mehr wie erwartet funktionieren. Das log gibt nur folgendes aus:

Das Plugin versucht einen Datensatz neu anzulegen, der schon existiert. Daher sagt es, dass Insert falsch ist und Update verwendet werden müsste.

Vielen Dank dafür, das Problem ist, das gar kein Datensatz angelegt werden sollte, sondern etwas exportiert werden soll.

Der Fehler sagt das aus, und auch nur das. Für eine Problemlösung ist mehr Kontext notwendig.

@Max_Shop Verstehe, welcher Kontext würde denn noch benötigt werden?  
SW 6.4.15.1  
Hoster TimmeHosting vServer  
PHP 8

Fehlerbeschreibung steht quasi oben, falls was fehlt oder Zugänge zur konkreten Hilfe benötigt würden - bitte Bescheid geben, wenn Du helfen könntest wäre das wirklich Super.
