# real.de - Ihr Marktplatz Plugin Probleme

Hat jemand das&nbsp;real.de - Ihr Marktplatz Plugin im Einsatz und funktioniert es bei euch? Ich habe eben alles eingerichtet, api, Versanddaten, Push Notifications&nbsp;etc. Nächster Schritt ist nun das&nbsp; **Produktdaten übertragen,** hier bleibe ich aber hängen. Hier bekomme ich nur ein „Download failed“, schaue ich mir die Produkt\_feed.csv an sehe ich eine 2kb große .csv in der so gut wie nichts drin steht bis auf ein paar ^^^^^ und andere Sonderzeichen.

Shopware 5.2.20, Plugin aktuellste Version.

In den Logs finde ich leider nur das:

Den Export habe ich zum laufen gebracht - hier ist der Bugfix:&nbsp;[https://github.com/hitmeister/shopware-plugin/archive/v21.zip](https://github.com/hitmeister/shopware-plugin/archive/v21.zip)

Vielmehr der Bestellimport via Api geht nicht, die Bestände werden synchronisiert, aber keine Bestellung angelegt. Hm … wer findet den Fehler?
