Was mir gerade geholfen hat war folgendes:

In der /config/packages habe ich in der messenger.yaml die Zeile mit dem reset\_on\_message: true auskommentiert. Mehr war nicht notwendig und dann gings durch. Habs jetzt auch mal mit einer anderen 6.6er verglichen und da existierte die Datei nicht.
