# Profihost

Hallo zusammen,

kennt sich hier jemand mit Profihost und der 30 Tage Testphase aus? Wir haben nun einen Server bestellt, allerdings arbeitet dort am Wochenende anscheinend keiner und meine Befürchtung ist nun, dass die Daten aus unserem Testaccount weg sind da dieser am 22.02. um 0:10 Uhr ausläuft. Ich möchte gerne wissen ob direkt alle Daten gelöscht werden?

Bei den meisten Hostern wird alles automatisch zurückgesetzt, also gelöscht.

kennt jemand von euch die Notfall Hotline? Ich habe schon eine Bestellung aufgegeben aber komme noch nicht ins kundenkonto

Beim Testserver hast Du auch Zugriff auf deine Dateien und Datenbank, warum sicherst Du die nicht einfach?

die Daten des Demoshops sind noch vorhanden und werden noch heute auf das Webhosting Paket übernommen.
