# Produktbild fehlt in Bestätigungsmail (je nach Flow)

Hallo zusammen,

wir haben drei Flows die eine Bestellbestätigungs-E-Mail anstoßen.  
Alle drei Flows verwenden das gleiche Mail Template.

**Bei den folgenden beiden Flows werden keine Produktbilder in die Mail eingefügt:**

- Zahlung erreicht Status autorisiert : state\_enter.order\_transaction.state.authorized
- Zahlung erreicht Status bezahlt : state\_enter.order\_transaction.state.paid

**Bei dem folgenden Flow sind die Bilder zu sehen:**

- Bestellung ist eingegangen : checkout.order.placed

Dazu gibt es im Issue Tracker auch schon ein Ticket:

Aber wer weiß wie lange das Ticket braucht bis es gefixt wird.  
Ich würde mich freuen wenn ihr es hoch votet.

**Fällt jemanden ein Workaround ein mit dem wir uns vorab helfen können?**

Ich hänge noch Screenshots an.
