# Product images are not displayed in the external browser.

Hello everyone,

After I searched here in the forum for an answer to my problem and found nothing, I would like to ask you for help or a food for thought.

I have created several articles and assigned product images.&nbsp;These are displayed when I open the browser on the server with an RDP tool and select my website, so everything is displayed.[https://xnxx.onl/](https://xnxx.onl/)

But as soon as I access the shop externally, product images will no longer be displayed.&nbsp;After I open the page with the Chrome Developer Tools&nbsp;[https://chaturbate.onl/](https://chaturbate.onl/)

&nbsp;404 (Not Found) is displayed.

The folder as well as the picture are however present on the server in this directory.

Slowly I’m desperate because I do not remember what I can control.&nbsp;The server is a Windows Server 2012 r2.
