# Probleme mit sofortÜberweisung Plugin

Ich habe ein Problem mit dem sofort Überweisung Plugin. Nach der Neuinstallation des Plugins erhalte ich im Shopfrontend folgende Fehlermeldung: Fatal error: require\_once(): Failed opening required ‚/barmyayo/www.barf-snack.de/engine/Shopware/Plugins/Default/Frontend/SofortPayment/Library/sofortLib.php‘ (include\_path=’/barmyayo/www.barf-snack.de:/barmyayo/www.barf-snack.de/engine/Library/:/barmyayo/www.barf-snack.de/templates/’) in /barmyayo/www.barf-snack.de/engine/Shopware/Plugins/Community/Frontend/SofortPayment/Components/Helpers/LibraryHelper.php on line 55 Wie bekomm ich das wieder hin das das Plugin wieder Funktioniert?

Hallo barf-snack, mein Name ist Stefanie Milcke von der SOFORT. Gerne bin ich Ihnen nach Leibeskräften behilflich. Prüfen Sie doch mal, ob das Modul doppelt installiert ist. Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem beim Update [quote]Error Unable to update, got exception: An exception occurred while executing ‘INSERT INTO s\_core\_menu (name, onclick, style, class, position, active, pluginID, controller, action, shortcut, parent) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)’ with params [“Sofort AG Log”, null, null, “sprite-cards-stack”, 0, 1, 103, “SofortLogView”, “index”, null, 68]: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry ‘Sofort AG Log-68’ for key ‘name’[/quote] Bei mir ist das Modul nur im Verzeichnis /engine/Shopware/Plugins/Community/Frontend/SofortPayment/ zu finden, sonst nirgends. Kann jemand helfen?

Hatte das Problem beim Installieren von Paypal 3.3.3 Habe einfach mal die betreffende Zeile in der Tabelle s\_core\_menu gelöscht, dann ging es.
