# Probleme mit Installation Bonussystem

Hallo Zusammen, ich habe mir heute das Plugin fürs Bonussystem (zur Miete) heruntergeladen. Sobald ich nun im Pluginmanager 2.0 herunterladen möchte, erscheint folgende Meldung: Beim download des Plugins ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: Could not open temp file /vivnxoul/www.[shopdomain].de/files/downloads/plugin5561b3f270ba295b0jb6d256930c74d06.zip Bitte prüfen Sie zuerst Ihre Dateirechte auf den Ordnern /files/downloads und engine/Shopware/Plugins/Community Was mache ich falsch? Grüße, Max

Hallo Max, da steht doch: Bitte prüfen Sie zuerst Ihre Dateirechte auf den Ordnern /files/downloads und engine/Shopware/Plugins/Community Du musst auf Deinem FTP Server die Dateirechte setzten (777)

Petra, das habe ich bereits getan. Mich wundert, dass es den Ordner Downloads gar nicht gibt…
