# Probleme mit der Installation/Download

Ich habe Probleme mit der Installation. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Hoster soll ich mich an Shopware wenden. Laut Hoster soll es schon am Download scheitern. was kann ich tun?

Bitte schicke deine Logdatei ([…] You can access the log file here.).  
Ohne diese können wir dir nicht helfen.

Hmmm.  
Damit wird eine Fehleranalyse schwierig.  
Kannst du mir bitte deinen PHP Error log senden?

Solltest du unter `/var/log/` finden.

Ohne eine aussagekräftige Fehlermeldung kann ich da nur raten:  
Alte / zu Neue PHP Version, fehlende Systemressourcen etc …
