Hier eine Lösung, welche ich in einem anderen Post gefunden habe. Bei mir funktioniert die Lösung.

Im Backend unter Erweiterungen =\> Meine Erweiterungen =\> Shopware Account Einmal ABMELDEN und neu Anmelden. Anschließend funktioniert wieder alles.
