# Probleme bei der Installation

Hallo liebe leute,

ich bin neu hier und habe Probleme bei der Installtion der&nbsp;Community Version 5.5.3.

Die Installation habe ich einmal auf eine Strato Windows V-Server versucht, ein zweites mal auf einem Strato&nbsp;Hosting Basic.

Beide male erhalte nach Start der Installation folgende Felhlermeldung. Kann mir von euch jemand helfen?

Shopware läuft nur auf Linux, du solltest auf jeden Fall einen Linux–Server nehmen.

Am besten Du fragst den Support von strato

Permission denied sieht nach fehlenden Rechten aus.

Welche Art von Installation war das ?

die manuelle&nbsp;installation.

die Daten wurden einmal auf dem Server entpackt und einmal via&nbsp;FTP hochgeladen.
