Hallo liebe Gemeinde =) Ich möchte Shopware installieren, leider komme ich aber nicht soweit. Nach dem ich alles Hochgeladen habe (BINÄR), und die Installations-Schritte aufrufen will, kommt folgender fehler: * * * Forbidden You don’t have permission to access / on this server. Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. * * *     Hoster: 1und1 - ja ich weiß ist nicht das beste. Laut 1und1 Support aber kein Problem Shopware zu Installieren. Hi, Du darfst nicht alles binär hochladen. PHP Dateien, .htaccess usw. müssen z.B. im ascii Modus hochgeladen werden. Du solltest den bisherigen Upload vielleicht mal löschen und danach z.B. einen FTP Client wie Filezilla verwenden - dieser verwendet bei den entsprechenden Dateiendungen automatisch den richtigen Modus (ascii oder binär). So, komplett gelöscht und neu hochgeladen. Aber leider bleibt der Fehler - egal ob ich [http://shop.steinemann-moebel.de/recovery/install/](http://shop.steinemann-moebel.de/recovery/install/) oder nur [http://shop.steinemann-moebel.de](http://shop.steinemann-moebel.de) aufrufe. Die Subdomain leitet auch richtig weiter, das habe ich noch mal Kontrolliert. ---

Hast Du irgendetwas an den Ordnerberechtigungen geändert, als Du Shopware hochgeladen hast? Denn egal, ob ich z.B. shopware.php oder eine nicht existierende Datei aufrufe, ich bekomme immer einen 403-Fehler - bei der nicht existierenden Datei sollte ich einen 404 bekommen. Setze mal 755 Berechtigungen auf den Ordner, in dem sich die Shopware Installation befindet (geht z.B. mit Filezilla -\> rechte Maustaste auf den Ordner -\> CHMOD). ---

Please contact the server administrator at to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. ---

Ist PHP 5.6 aktiv (benötigst Du für Shopware 5.2) ? Sonst lege mal im Ordner eine phpinfo Datei an, dann siehst Du, ob überhaupt alle Anforderungen erfüllt werden.   ---

Wahrscheinlich musst du auch bei Option - Indexes und Options- MultiViews auch das Raute Zeichen davor setzten! LG Stefan ---
