# Problem beim Update (Datenbankmigration) auf Version 6.3.0.0

Bei einem Update auf Shopware 6.3 erscheint die folgende Fehlermeldung:

Please try to fix this error and restart the update.

Die Tabellen wurden von der Datenbank entfernt, aber es hilft nicht (es tauchen weitere solche Fehler auf, aber bezogen auf andere Tabellen).  
Der Parameter log\_bin\_trust\_function\_creators = ON wurde erfolgreich gesetzt, das hat aber auch nicht geholfen.  
Alle Plugins wurden deaktiviert, bevor das Update gestartet wurde.

Wir haben das gleiche Problem und kommen nicht weiter!!!

Liebes Shopware Team, könnt ihr nicht mal Stellung dazu nehmen? Was genau ist das Problem, was benötigt ihr zum Debuggen?

Auch bei Version 6.4 tritt das Problem auf. Ein updaten auf die neuste Version ist leider nicht möglich!

Bei welcher Version seit Ihr denn derzeit? Vielleicht braucht ihr eventuell ein Hilfsplugin dafür…
