# Problem beim Plugin-Update

Hallo Community wollte den PayPal-Plugin im Plugin Manager updaten auf die neueste Version. Nun kommt an der Anmeldung folgende Meldung: “Plugin manager Your currently used shop domain isn’t associated with your shopware account. Open account configuration.” Ich habe eine Domain für den zukünftigen Auftritt und für den shopware-Shop dazu eine Subdomain erstellt, so wie gefordert. Kann es daran liegen? Plugin-Updates sind so nicht möglich. Ht jemand eine Idee Gruß Carla :happy:

Hallo, das installierte PlugIN muss mit der Domain übereinstimmen mit der Du die ShopwareID erstellt hast. Ansonsten funktioniert das Updaten nicht. Liebe Grüße Michael

Da ich eben das selbe Problem hatte antworte ich mal auf den alten Thread! Es ist „sehr einfach“ den Fehler zu umgehen. Dachte erst ich muss in den Grundeinstellungen die url so eintragen wie im Shopware account. (soll bestimmt auch so sein) wenn in den (Shopware Backend) Grundeinstellungen [www.adresse.de](http://www.adresse.de) eingetragen ist im shopware account auch [www.adresse.de](http://www.adresse.de) eingetraen ist! Muss man das auch so in der adressleiste im Browser eingeben! Sobald man [adresse.de/backend/](http://adresse.de/backend/) eingibt funktioniert es nicht (ohne www.)! Dann kommt die Fehlermeldung, die man sich eigentlich nicht erklären kann 😉 [www.adresse.de/backend/](http://www.adresse.de/backend/) Updatemanager 2.0 funktioniert [adresse.de/backend](http://adresse.de/backend) funktioniert nicht! Kann das so sein? Bei mir hat es aufeinmal geklappt!
