# Problem beiInstallation/ Download Shopware Community Edition

Ich möchte die Shopware Community Edition installierern. Der Online Installer erfordert u.a.die Eingaben des Shop-Pfades und des FTP-Verzeichnisses. Trotz vieler Versuche wird immer dieselbe Fehlermeldung angezeigt: “Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass das angegebene FTP-Verzeichnis dem Shop-Pfad entspricht.” Kann mir jemand sagen, wie die Eingabe aussehen muss? Oder hat jemand mit dem selben Problem zu tun gehabt?

Der Pfad muss von deinem Benutzer aus gehen. Verbinde dich am Besten mit einem FTP Programm und schau dir die Ordnerstruktur an. Bei mir musste z.B. der Pfad /webseiten/shop drin stehen.
