# PostFinance Checkout Payment von Customweb Fehler

&nbsp;Hallo, ich nutze das Plugin „PostFinance Checkout Payment“ 1.0.59 von @customweb‍ ltd

Im Testmodus des „PostFinance Checkout“ hat alles super funktioniert. Jetzt wo es auf Live-Modus ist bekomme ich keine Bestellung durch. Die Seite [example.com/](http://example.com/) **checkout/confirm** mit „Zahlungspflichtig bestellen“ lädt sich beim Klick darauf nur neu.

- (Reload der Seite)
- IFrame has been initialized.

**Backend-Bestellungsübersicht:**

- Versand: „0“
- Bestellstatus: „Muss geklärt werden“
- Zahlstatus „Offen“

**Backend Error-log** : 1x leerer Error und 2x folgender

Beim **Support von Postfinance** geht alles. Die Frau bekommt das Postfinance-Zahlfenster zu sehen. Aber hier bei uns niemand. Wir haben auch versucht von verschiedenen IPs zu bestellen. Aber es geht nicht. Es ist auch nur das Plugin. Paypal funktioniert einwandfrei.

Hat jemand eine Idee.

Sobald ein Artikel im Warenkorb ist der **Versandkostenfrei** ist funktioniert es nicht. Er findet die Versandart nicht. Was kann ich machen. Hat jemand eine Idee?

Alle klar. Es war kein Fehler. Jemand hatte die Kategorie unser Versandkostenfreien Artikel gesperrt. Oh man.&nbsp;
