# Plugins - Updates funktionieren nicht!

Hallo,
die Plugin - Updates lassen sich nicht ausführen. Bleibt einfach stehen und nix passiert.
Was könnte das Problem sein? **Es lässt sich auch die alte Plugin-Version nicht löschen.**
Plugin Deinstallation ist fehlgeschlagen
Plugin konnte auf Grund der Fehlermeldung “An exception occurred while executing ‘ALTER TABLE sales\_channel DROP IF EXISTS cookies’: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘IF EXISTS cookies’ at line 1” nicht deinstalliert werden
Plugin Aktivierung ist fehlgeschlagen

**Hallo,**
kann mir einer sagen wie ich das Plugin komplett entfernen kann, wenn dass das selbst über " **DEINSTALLIEREN**" nicht möglich ist?

Einfach in die Datenbank gehen und die Spalte `default_value` in der Tabelle `acris_cookie` löschen und nochmal updaten.

Hey,
1. Nutz lieber das Plugin [https://github.com/FriendsOfShopware/FroshAdminer](https://github.com/FriendsOfShopware/FroshAdminer) für die Datenbank
2. Ja die Tabellen löschen
3. Zusätzlich die ensprechenden Zeilen in `plugin_translation` und `plugin` entfernen
4. Zuletzt den Ordner in custom/plugins löschen, der Name des Ordners sollte AcrisCookie oder so ähnlich heißen
5. Cache leeren
