# Plugins sind da, aber nicht "ladbar"

Hallo, habe heute zwei kostenlose Plugins “gekauft”, die werden zwar angezeigt, aber ich kann sie nicht laden! Wären das kostenpflichtige Plugins, wäre ich jetzt wohl sauer … Was muss ich machen, das das funktioniert?

Hallo,

schlimmstenfalls kannst du dir die ZIP - Dateien aus dem Shopware Account herunterladen und die ZIP - Dateien dann im Plugin Manager hochladen, dann hast du sie auch „geladen“.

Sind die Plugins mit deiner Shopware Version kompatibel?

Welche Shopware-Version ist bei dir unter [account.shopware.com](http://account.shopware.com) hinterlegt?

Ah ok, ja die sind tatsächlich nicht kompatibel, ist zwar angegeben (zumindest bei einem) für 6.2, allerdings sehe ich im Account für die 6.2 RC.

Somit geht das wohl bei mir nicht. Gut, abwarten. Danke für eure Infos!

Ist mir auch schon aufgefallen. Die Info “nicht kompatibel” wäre auf jeden Fall hilfreich.
