# Plugins installieren/löschen nicht möglich

Hallo! Es ist uns nicht möglich Plugins zu installieren oder zu löschen. Lediglich das hochladen klappt. Als Fehler kommt immer „Fehler: undefiniert“ ! Woran liegts? VG, Michael

Hi, schalte in der der Applikation.php von Shopware einmal folgenden Funktionen auf „true“ --\> throwExceptions + showException Dann sollte der Pluginmanager schon weitere Informationen zur Verfügung stellen. Ggf. auch Firebug.
