# Plugin-Updates funktionieren teilw. nicht

Moin Moin! Ich verwende die Plugins SwagGlossar (V1.2.8) und SwagCustomRegister (V1.0.1). Für beide liegt ein Update vor, das mir im Plugin-Manager angezeigt wird. Ein Klick auf die Aktion “Plugin updaten” führt jeweils zu der Meldung “Plugin X wurde erfolgreich aktualisiert”. Allerdings scheint kein Update stattzufinden, denn es wird nach wie vor die alte Versionsnummer angezeigt und auch der Plugin-Manager meldet weiterhin verfügbare Updates. Weiß jemand Rat? Rolf Edit: Habe gerade gelesen, dass dieses Problem wohl in der Version 4.0.5 gelöst sein soll: [http://wiki.shopware.de/Minor-Update-4. … 7\_454.html](http://wiki.shopware.de/Minor-Update-4.0.x-auf-4.0.5%5C_detail%5C_967%5C_454.html) Edit: Das Problem besteht auch unter SW 4.0.5.

Das Problem besteht leider unter SW 4.0.5 fort.

Hallo anromarine, wir haben die Updates nun für dich durchgeführt. Die beiden Plugins sind nun aktuell und die Updates werden nicht mehr angezeigt. Gruß, Patrick :shopware:

Könnt ihr bitte kurz die Schritte erläutern, die in diesem Fall zu tun sind? Meine Kunden haben mit einem Plugin aus dem Store dasselbe Problem. Ich habe ` public function update() { return TRUE; } ` im Plugin vermerkt, trotzdem tritt oben bestehendes Problem auf.

Bei mir tritt das Problem ebenfalls erneut mit dem Plugin SwagExtraCross (1.0.0 auf 1.0.1) auf.

… bei mir hat es sich nach einem neuen push in den Store in wohl gefallen aufgelöst. Ich konnte den Fehler aber nicht tracken.

Hallo, generelle Probleme sind hier aktuell nicht bekannt. Gibt es vielleicht eine konkrete Fehlermeldung? Cache geleert? Mal einen anderen Browser oder PC probiert? Grüße aus dem Münsterland Patrick

Im Gegenteil, es kommt sogar die Meldung “Plugin SwagExtraCross wurde erfolgreich aktualisiert” - Ja der Cache wird geleert - Mit IE, Firefox, Safari und Chrome probiert - Mit PC/Windows, iMac/OSX und iPad/iOS gemacht Viele Grüße Alex

Hallo Alex, und nach einem reload vom Plugin Manager wird wieder die alte Version angezeigt? Hast du mal das Plugin deaktiviert, dann aktualisiert und erst dann wieder aktiviert? Gruß Patrick
