# Plugin - Migration von anderen Shopsystemen zu Shopware - WooCommerce

Hallo Community,  
ich bin gerade dabei von WooCommerce auf Shopware umzuziehen.  
&nbsp;

Installation von Shopware ohne Probleme.  
Installation des Plugins (“Migration von anderen Shopsystemen zu Shopware”) ohne Probleme

Der erste Schritt: Aktivieren des Plugins und erkennen der Datenbank, lief ebenfalls ohne Probleme.

Beim Starten des Importvorgangs erhalte ich nun aber nach wenigen Sekunden eine Fehlermeldung.  
“Forbidden - You don’t have permission to access this document”

Ich hoffe der Fehler ist bekannt und es gibt einen bereits bekannten Lösungsweg und/oder Ansatz.
