# Plugin Manager - UserTokensException-0

Beim installieren von Plugins bekomme ich nach der Eingabe meiner Shopware-ID eine nicht nachvollziehbare Fehlermeldung: Error Die Authentifizierung auf dem SBP-Server ist fehlgeschlagen. Error code: UserTokensException-0 Kann mir jemand sagen woran dass liegen könnte. Danke

Habe das Passwort zur Shopware-ID Aktualisiert. Trotzdem kein Erfolg. Hab nun den umweg über Download und Upload über den Store erledigt. Fuktioniert. Aber der Fehler besteht immernoch. Danke
