# Plugin Manager startet auf frischer Installation nicht

Hallo,

ich bin neu in der Runde und beschäftige mich seit zwei Tagen mit Shopware. Mittlerweile klappt die Installation reibungslos. Ich möchte von OXID zu Shopware umsteigen. Dazu habe ich eine frische Shopware installation angelegt und möchte nun Plugins installieren.

Ich logge mich also ins Backend ein und klicke unter **Einstellungen** auf **Plugin Manager**. Nun erscheint der Ladekringel mit dem Hinweis _Pluginmanager wird geladen_.

Leider verschwindet der Hinweis mit dem Ladekringel wieder und nichts öffnet sich. ☹ Andere Funktionen wie der Theme Manager lassen sich problemlos starten.

Was mache ich falsch???

Gibt es eine Fehlermeldung im Error-Log der Website oder in den Shopware-Logs?

Ja, im Error Log kommt folgende Mitteilung:
