# Plugin Manager leer - Error Code

Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem das nach dem Update auf Shopware 5 mein Plugin Manger leer bleibt. Nach der Anmeldung und wenn ich Z.B auf Meine Einkäufe gehe wird mir folgendes Fehler angezeigt: Error code: PluginLicensesException-3 Zum anderen wird mir folgendes in der Google Chrome Konsole angezeigt: [http://pulver-blei.com/backend/PluginMa … 3514070043](http://pulver-blei.com/backend/PluginManager/getPluginsSubscriptionState?%5C_dc=1443514070043) Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 (Unauthorized)

Hi pulver-blei, die Meldung “Error code: PluginLicensesException-3” sagt aus das der Shop nicht gefunden wurde. Ist der Shop eventuell nicht unter [http://account.shopware.com](http://account.shopware.com) hinterlegt? Vergleich hier einmal den Host Eintrag im Shopware Backend mit der Verknüpften URL auf deinem Shopware Account. Gruß Dennis

Leider konnte ich bis heute das Problem nicht lösen und so wie es aussieht hat es auch Auswirkung auf die Software-Aktualisierung. Sobald den Tab zur Softwareaktualisierung öffne aktualisiert sich der Browser und ich kann die Softwareaktualisierung nicht ausführen.

Ich habe ebenfalls einmal den Debug Modus aktiviert und mir wurde folgendes ausgegeben:
