# Plugin Manager defekt

Der Plugin-Manager in unserer Shopware Version 5.7.16 (Community Edition) ist defekt:
- Installation von Plugins nicht möglich
- Klickt man auf ein Plugin (Stift Symbol) wir ein ANDERES Plugin geöffnet. Sehr eigenartig
Beim Versuch bspw. das PayPal Plugin 5.0.3 zu installieren kommt folgende Meldung:
PayPal Plugin 5.0.3 Install ERROR:
An exception occurred while executing ‚INSERT INTO s\_core\_menu (name, onclick, class, controller, action, shortcut, position, active, pluginID, parent, content\_type) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)‘ with params [„PayPal“, null, „sprite–paypal-unified“, null, null, null, 0, 1, 81, 65, null]: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry ‚PayPal-65‘ for key ‚name‘
Nach dem öffnen des Plugin-Managers erscheint folgende Meldung:
„Shopware\_Components\_Snippet\_Manager::getSnippet“ not found failure
- Können Plugins noch auf anderem Wege installiert werden?
- Ich habe auch schon die Plugin-Installation über den Datei-Upload versucht.

Würde evtl. ein Update auf Shopware 6 helfen?

Shopware 6 ist ein völlig neues Shopsystem. Es gibt kein Update von Shopware 5 auf Shopware 6.

Ein Eintrag ist in der Datenbank schon vorhanden. Vermutlich schon einmal eine Installtion versucht. Hier muss erst händisch die Datenbank korrigiert werden, damit eine Neuinstallation wieder möglich ist.
