# Plugin Manager "0  - communication failure"

Hi,

ich habe einen communication failure im Plugin Manager. Häufig muss ich die Liste mehrmals laden, um die Plugins angezeigt zu bekommen. Die Werte der php Einstellungen sind recht hoch: memory\_limit 10224M und max\_execution\_time 720

Im Plugin Manager erscheint nach kurzer Wartezeit der Communication Failure. Wenn ich das Plugin lösche kommt der Fehler nicht mehr. Ich bin mit meinem Latein am Ende. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Hallo,

ich denke der Fehler kommt unten von „Einträge pro Seite“, da steht ja 20.000.&nbsp;  
Woher das genau kommt, kann ich dir nicht sagen. Was passiert denn, wenn du da 20 einträgst?

Ja, daran scheint es wirklich zu liegen. Jetzt weiß ich nur nicht **A** &nbsp;woher das kommt und **B** wie ich das wieder ändern kann :-). Jemand einen Tipp?

Das hab ich in der local\_plugin.js gefunden. Ich kann mir aber nicht vorstellen, dass ich hier was geändert habe. Habe jetzt nach mehrfachem rumprobieren auch festgestellt, dass 20 Einträge das Problem zwar positiv beeinflussen, aber die Meldung mit dem communication failure trotzdem noch ab und zu kommen…

In der Konsole kommt dieser XHR Netzwerkfehler, leider ohne Response oder Preview:

Es lag am Provider All-Inkl. Es gingen einige Pakete verloren und das Javascript ist im Backend abgestürzt. Lange Fehlersuche: Einfache Lösung. All-Inkl hat das Problem behoben!

@Lennso‍,

Trat das immer auf oder nur gelegendlich? Ich habe auch manchmal das Problem und&nbsp;wie es mir vorkommt vermehrt in den Abendstunden.

Weißt du was all-Inkl gemacht&nbsp;hat?

@useg‍ All-Inkl hatte ein internes Problem mit dem Routing.  
Mach mal einen Ping auf den Server, da kamen bei mir nur etwa 2/3 aller Pings zurück. All-Inkl hatte das Problem&nbsp;über den Support sehr sehr schnell gelöst.

Schau mal ob bei dir alle Pings durchgehen. Wenn nein: Wende dich an den Support

Werde ich mal gegen Abend machen wenn ich da im Backend wieder ein Problem erkenne.
