# Plugin Kundenspezifische Preise Installation nicht möglich

Hallo Community

Bei mir funktioniert irgendwie die Installation des Offiziellen Shopware Plugins für Kundenspezifische Preise nicht. Beim Versuch das Plugin zu installieren dreht der Kreis ins ewige Nirvana.  
Ich konnte bis jetzt alle Plugins problemlos hochladen und installieren.

Hatte schon jemand dieses Problem? Hat jemand eine Lösung?

Gibt es Fehlermeldungen im Error-Log der Website oder in den Shopware-Logs?

Weder noch, es macht den anschein als ob er nichts macht wenn ich Installieren klicke.

Schau’ mal mit den Entwickler-Tools in Chrome oder Firefox (F12 drücken, um sie zu öffnen), ob dort Fehler angezeigt werden.
