# Plugin: Individuelle Optionen für Artikel

Hallo, Habe Plugin “Individuelle Optionen für Artikel” gekauft, nach dem einbinden in Shopware bekomme ich beim abrufen der Shop Domain folgende fehlermeldung: “Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format major ID 3, whereas the Loader expects 4 in /folienfan/engine/Shopware/Plugins/Community/Frontend/SwagCustomizing/Bootstrap.php on line 505” Danach kann ich nicht mehr auf den Shop sowie Backend zugreifen, löscht man dieses Plugin funktioniert es wieder. Ich selber verwende Shopware mit IonCube loader (da PHP 5.3) und so wie es aussieht funktioniert das Plugin nur mit Zend Optimizer. Gibt es dazu eine lösung? Gruß boba

Hallo, die Lösung ist ganz einfach 😉 Es gibt zwei Downloads. Du kannst in deinem Account einfach die IonCube-Variante downloaden und installieren. Beide werden dort aufgeführt. Viele Grüße
