# plugin.ERROR: product is null \[\]

Hi Leute,

ich versuche heruaszufinden warum meine Cronjobs nicht mehr automatisch ausgeführt werden. Über  
[https://www.meineHomepage.de/backend/cron](https://www.meineHomepage.de/backend/cron) funktioniert es.

Ich bekomme seit Wochen rund alle 5 Sekunden die Fehlermeldung

**[2021-04-28 16:01:29] plugin.ERROR: product is null [] {„uid“:„21ec48c“}**

Im SHopware Log finde ich keinen Hinweis darauf woher der Fehler kommt. Lässt sich das irgendwie noch weiter untersuchen oder eingrenzen?

Ich konnte das Problem leider immer noch nicht herausfinden. Der Shopware Support leider auch nicht.

Kann man irgendetwas aus der Meldung schlussfolgern?

Was ist UID und was bedeutet product is null?
