Hallo zusammen, ich kann in meinem Shopware Shop V. 6.6.10.5 keine Plugins deaktivieren bzw deinstallieren. Ich bekomme sofort eine Fehler Meldung : Internal Server Error Unrecognized option „with\_constructor\_extractor“ under „framework.property\_info“. Available option is „enabled“. Auch über SSH funktioniert es auch nicht . Wenn ich in der Datenbank das Plugin auf 0 setzte bekomme ich folgenden Fehler : # Oops! An Error Occurred ## The server returned a „500 Internal Server Error“. Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe. Lg Basti ---

Nachtrag ich kann auch keine Plugins mehr Aktualisieren, auch nicht über den Composer . ---

Moin, hast du mal den Debug Modus eingeschaltet und die Fehlermeldung angesehen? Grüße Matthias ---

Hallo Matthias, danke für Deine Antwort. wenn ich den Debug modus in der .env aktiviere und den cache leere bekomme ich folgende Fehler Meldung sobald ich mich erneut im Backend einlogge # Oops! Moin, wenn der debug Modus nicht hilft, hilft der dev Modus? Letztendlich muss man sich die Fehlermeldung ja mal ansehen was hinter dem 500er steckt 🙂 oder mal in die log Datei geschaut? Grüße Matthias ---

Moin, dein Log ist ja voll mit einem Fehler. Hier ist irgendswas mit dem RobotsController. Eventuell versucht hier ein Plugin etwas? Ist der Fehler nach einem Update aufgetaucht? Ich würde mal versuchen sämtliche Plugins aus dem Shop zu deaktivieren. Dann sämtliche caches leeren. Per CLI und die cache Ordner unter /var/cache eventuell. Wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht, scheint mit dem Update an sich etwas schief gegangen zu sein 🤔 Grüße Matthias ---

Irgendwie sieht die robots.txt bei euch etwas aus als im Shopware Standard. Welche Shopversion ist das überhaupt? ---

Hallo Mattihas, ich habe über die Datenbank alle Plugins deaktiviert cache geleert über CLI. Dann nach und nach die Plugins wieder aktiviert dann das fehlerhafte Plugin über den composer aktualisiert jetzt läuft alles wieder normal. Danke für Deine Hilfe. ---

Welches Plugin hat den Fehler verursacht? Kannst du mir sagen, wie du das Plugin über composer aktualisiert hast? Ich habe gerade das gleiche Problem. Ich vermute es ist das Paypal oder Brevo Plugin. Bin noch auf SW6.6 und möchte auf 6.7 updaten. ---
