# PHP Update Shopware 5 Community Edition

Hallo Zusammen,  
Wir haben momentan Shopware 5.6.8 Community Edition.

Ich habe versucht ein Shopware-Update durchzuführen, aber ich muss als Voraussetzung  
erstmal von php 7.3 auf php 7.4 bevor das Update klappt.

Beim Hosting (Server Einstellungen) steht aber 7.4. Shopware aktualisiert die Server-Einstellungen nicht.  
Die Änderungen werden einfach nicht übernommen.

Cache von System wurden schon mehrfach geleert.

Wie kann ich diese Probleme lösen?

Danke im Voraus.

Hallo,

evtl. hat Dein Hoster eine Funktion aktiv, dass Änderungen an den Hosting Einstellungen nicht sofort, sondern erst nach X Minuten übernommen werden.

Im Zweifel den Hoster kontaktieren.

Ja, das habe ich auch gedacht erstmal. Aber das habe ich vor einige Tage geändert. Ansonsten frage ich meiner Hoster. Danke.

Je nach Hoster kann man PHP sogar auf Ordner-Ebene unterschiedlich konfigurieren.

Das, was phpinfo da wiedergibt, ist definitiv die Version, auf die Shopware zugreift.

Eventuell hast du die PHP-Version der Console geändert?

Hi,

bei Plesk (so wie hier in Verwendung) kann die PHP Version nur auf Domainebene geändert werden. Unterschiedliche PHP Versionen sind pro Verzeichnis nicht möglich.

Vermutlich wie erwähnt klemmt die Aktualisierung oder ist sehr zeitverzögert - Thema für den Hoster ….
